Melanie C is back after 4 years with a new album!

Melanie C’s (better known as Mel C and/or Sporty Spice – well, at least by me – ) seventh studio album is out today.

Anyone was the first and lead single off Version of Me.

Being such a massive Spice Girls fan as a kid, I followed Mel C’s path after their break up.

She had a few fantastic tunes (in my opinion) such as Never Be The Same Again and When You’re Gone with Bryan Adams – MASSIVE FAN OF THAT TUNE!!!

Version of Me is basically a pop album, and I’ve heard it form A to Z – considering the fact it came out today and it’s only 11:03am in Mexico City (where I am), I’m VERY impressed!

The album has 11 songs on it and I wish Mel the best in the world with it.

(You can buy it digitally, physically, or listen to it on Spotify!)

The Pet Shop Boys release their thirteenth studio album, today!

The Pet Shop Boys are release their upcoming album Super today!

The synthpop duo formed back in 1981 and were huge in the 80’s and 90’s with songs like West End Girls, Always On My Mind and New York City Boys.

The album was written in London and Berlin and produced by Stuart Price in L.A.

Super has 12 songs on it and the first single is called The Pop Kids.

When I heard The Pop Kids for the first time, I got transported to the 90’s, I LOVE IT!

On the 20,21,22 & 23rd of July the boys will perform at the Royal Opera House in London.

Inner Sanctum is the name of the concert ‘tour’ and the choreographer of the show is Lynne Page.

Check out The Pop Kids, below!

Rudimental release second studio album

One of the best feelings (for me) in the world is discovering new music…

I thought I had discovered Rudimental a few days ago when I heard We the Generation on the radio show I collaborate on with Jergas; thing is, whilst listening to them for quite a few hours, I realized I had heard their song Feel the Love ft. John Newman a few years ago!

Rudimental are a drum and bass band from Hackney, London.
They’ve collaborated with artists such as Alex Clare, Foxes and Emeli Sandé and were nominated for a Mercury Prize back in 2013, that same year they won the Brit and Mobo Award for Best Album (Home) and I don’t think they’re far off from winning quite a few more statues for their second album released earlier this month called We the Generation.

The name of their second album is the song I’m going to post, I hope you love it as much as I do!

Ed Sheeran supports and writes out tune for Food Revolution Day

Ed Sheeran wrote out a tune for Food Revolution Day (Food Revolution Day is a global campaign to put compulsory practical food education on the school curriculum. Jamie Oliver – english chef – passionately believes that by educating children about food in a fun and engaging way, we can equip them with the basic skills they need to lead healthier, happier lives, for themselves and their future families.)

Talented chef Jamie Oliver got together with a bunch of famous musicians/actors such as Paul McCartney, Hugh Jackman, Jamie Cullum, Alesha Dixon, Mr Hudson and of course, Ed Sheeran to perform the perfect song for Food Revolution Day.

Have a look and listen to the song here!

And don’t forget to Sign and Share it 🙂
