Track of the day: Solitude is Bliss

Todays track of the day is Solitude is Bliss by the Aussie based psychedelic band, Tame Impala.

I’m a big fan of the music and vibe the boys provide us. Plus, all the boys are VERY attractive.
SOLITUDE: the state of being or living alone; seclusion.

BLISS: supreme happiness; utter joy or contentment.

Every now and then, Solitude (really) is Bliss.

Track of the day

Reservoir Dogs is one of my fave movies, and as it’s Thursday, the weekend’s a step away and well, there’s no need for reasons to listen to the following song, I present to you….

Eagles of Death Metal – Stuck in the Metal

Well, I don’t know why I came here tonight
I got the feeling that something ain’t right
I’m so scared in case I fall off my chair
And I’m wondering how I’ll get down the stairs

Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right
Here I am, stuck in the metal with you
Yes, I’m stuck in the metal with you
And I’m wondering what it is I should do

It’s so hard to keep the smile from my face
Lose control and I’m all over the place
Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right
Here I am, stuck in the metal with you

Well, you started out with nothing
And you’re proud that you’re a self-made man
And your friends, they all come running
And grab you on the back and say, “Please, please”

And I tried to make some sense of it all
But I can see that it makes no sense at all
Is it blue to go to sleep on the floor?
‘Cause I don’t think that I can take anymore

Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right
Here I am, stuck in the metal with you

Well, you started out with nothing
And you’re proud that you’re a self-made man
And your friends, they all come crawling
And slap you on the back and say, “Please, please”

Yes, I’m stuck in the metal with you
Here I am, stuck in the metal with you
Yes, I’m stuck in the metal with you
Here I am, stuck in the metal with you

Oh, here I am

Don’t know why I came here tonight
I got the feeling that something ain’t right
I’m so scared in case I fall off my chair
And I’m wondering how I’ll get down the stairs

Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right
Here I am, stuck in the metal with you

Track of the day

Dance-pop duo, The Shapeshifters are from London and have been on the radar since 2004.

Simon and Max are best known for their #1 single Lola’s Theme which was inspired by Simon’s wife, Lola.

In the US they’re known as Shape:UK due to a conflict with a LA based hip-hop band, Shape Shifters. Goes to say, anything the guys release outside the US, they use their original name The Shapeshifters.
